Job Description Bravado! Designs is an intimate apparel company that designs, manufactures and markets fabulous maternity and nursing bras. Bravado’s design team is seeking a Fitting Coordinator for the Design Fitting Room. This individual will report to the design team and will be responsible for Bravado’s product fitting and testing program. This includes managing and interacting with Bravado’s database of new mothers, conducting sizing and fit assessments of new mothers, and managing fitting schedules for both new product development and existing production. The Fitting Coordinator will work closely with both the design and production teams.

Candidates are not required to have experience in fittings but experience in the fashion, lingerie or retail apparel industry would be beneficial. Pattern-making and garment construction skills would be an asset. Candidates must be very comfortable with computers and possess good knowledge of Word and Excel. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be helpful. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with new mothers via email, telephone and in person in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner
• Organizing fitting schedules for both design and production departments
• Initial test wearer screening and fit assessment, including: determining the test wearer’s size, taking photos and collecting information, giving test wearers garments for feedback
• Managing the test wearer database
• Managing product inventory levels for the fitting room
• Managing test wearer surveys, including collection and analysis of information provided
• Managing the photo database for new product development
• Relaying feedback from test wearers (via fitting room and surveys) to design and production teams as necessary
• Keeping fitting room tidy and garments organized

The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, self-motivated, and must have the ability to form personal relationships with new mothers.
