Aritzia is a women's fashion boutique that is growing and we are on the hunt for a DIRECTOR, MARKETING. This unique opportunity calls for a strategic thinker who will ultimately be required to deliver marketing that is innovative, propels the brand and sells clothes.
The Director Marketing must:
Have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of Marketing as well as the Retail and Fashion markets with an ability to apply that understanding in an analytical and strategic way.
Develop objectives and strategies that will enable us to sell clothes and propel the Aritzia Brand.
Have had experience being accountable for overall Marketing, Project Plans and Budgeting.
Be an excellent project manager with the ability to multi-task multiple priorities & timelines.
Lead and manage and build strong internal and external resources necessary to deliver against initiatives.
Have strong business analytics to lead the assessment of our existing initiatives and provide input into future strategic considerations.
Have 6-8 years of experience in a brand management, product management or account services role, with preference for experience in Retail or Fashion.
