Job Description

Rent frock Repeat offers three to four month unpaid internships with a work schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week. Although some of the work is administrative, interns will gain a wide scope of overall experience and are often invited to sit in on executive meetings, attend buying appointments and assist at photo shoots. All interns will start off learning and working all aspects of the business, but will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and take on projects in their specific area of interest, such as Social Media, Stylist, Marketing & Events, Merchandising, Operations/Logistics, Customer Relations and more. Candidates should have a strong interest in fashion, including design, merchandising, styling, marketing and sales. As well, a genuine interest in helping women look their best and feel great. You need to know what is going on, where it’s going on, who’s going and how RfR can benefit. As well, you'll provide advice to customers, dealing with customer questions via phone, emails and online chat, shipping, receiving, and more. You may have to connect with event promoters, sponsors and associations In addition; you will be called upon for general administration, customer relations and shipping. Interns may also help out at photo shoots (styling, shot management, model management, file management, etc.) and possibly attend market appointments with the owners. Daily tasks include preparing dresses for shipping, handle incoming shipments, work with vendors, inspect dresses, confirm orders, manage and organize inventory.
