Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a proper and efficient manner
  • Responding to the queries regarding the products or services related to the brand
  • Prepare and maintain the records of the customer service transactions and interactions
  • Contribute and assist in other departments such as maintenance and development of standards, procedures and policies regarding customer service.
  • Direct the unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource.

    Skills and Specifications:
  • Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good understanding of the workings of a retail store and its environment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills


    Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Retail experience an asset
