Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a proper and efficient manner
Responding to the queries regarding the products or services related to the brand
Prepare and maintain the records of the customer service transactions and interactions
Contribute and assist in other departments such as maintenance and development of standards, procedures and policies regarding customer service.
Direct the unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource.
Skills and Specifications:
Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and spoken
Good understanding of the workings of a retail store and its environment
Effective time management skills
Strong interpersonal and computer skills
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Retail experience an asset
