As a Sales Coach your focus is your team, ensuring that they have the understanding, skills and resources to deliver the optimal customer experience. In a performance driven culture your mandate is to lead the execution of the Customer Service Strategy and deliver the results. You appreciate that teamwork is the culmination of individual efforts against a common goal.
Position Highlights
Lead the execution of Company strategies including Full Service Business, Customer Service and In Store Marketing
Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet and exceed department goals
Build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for all direct reports
Interview and recruit talent to build bench strength
Leverage and coach Associates on product knowledge
Analyze available reports and metrics to understand the business and develop short and long term action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business
Leverage key business drivers to deliver on the department goals

Build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for all direct reports
Qualifications
Demonstrated superior customer focus
Demonstrated strong communication and motivation skills
Ability to translate behaviors into optimal selling experience and achievement of results
5 to 10 years experience in high end sales volume necessary
Able to lead and inspire a large team of 50 or more associates
Knowledge of Ladies Fashion Brands, Accessories and current Fashion Trends
Adaptable to working in a fast paced, flagship store environment
Able to build relationships with vendor partners
