OUR STORY: Ishara is a carefully curated selection of fashion & lifestyle collections. We have been open for the last three years in the heart of Gastown in Vancouver. Ishara is a rapidly growing organization and we are continuing to make our mark on the fashion scene. We are looking for someone to fill the role of general manager, and help our store continue to grow and prosper.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: We are looking for someone who would be able to step in immediately to learn the ropes. Ultimately the new GM will be handling all day to day operations and reporting directly to the owner. Our ideal candidate is great at working with people, building and motivating teams, and a quick and intuitive learner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day to day operations of store
• Maintain our level of superior customer service
• Motivate and assist our staff in achieving our sales goals
• Ensure that store visual standards are maintained
• Maintaining and updating online shop (shopishara.com)
• Planning and execution of in-store events
• Cultivating content for Social Media/blogs/marketing campaigns
