Description
We are currently "auditioning" for a talented and dedicated individual immersed in Marketing/PR to join our team. We need the candidate to show us they can walk the talk. This will be an unpaid full time position where you can work from home but must stay in communication and attend a weekly meeting. If in 3 months you have showcased that you can walk the talk it will lead to a full time paying position with us.
Role consists of:
•Increasing sales by at least 20% within the 3 months
•Plan, develop, manage and execute new online and offline marketing strategies
•Constant market and media research for latest trends and etc.
•Build link partnerships and affiliate marketing campaigns
•Manage and update Marketing Calendar
•Social Media Management - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Etc.
•Reporting, analyzing, and evaluation of campaigns
•Building relationships with key influencers, including bloggers, newspapers, magazines and other online and offline media to pitch and generate media coverage
•Provide consistent brand messaging that is innovative and original
Requirements:
•Degree in Marketing and PR or related
•Experience is preferred but not necessary
•Strong communication skills
•Strong strategic planning
•Reliable, responsible and organized
•Quick Learner and self-motivated
•Confident and able to problem solve on the spot
•Passionate and Detail-orientated
•Uses and understands Social Media
•Can work in a team environment as well as independently
•Owns a computer
•Understands MAC and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
•Most importantly must be interested in Art, Design, Fashion, and Music
