POSITION TITLE: PERSONAL SHOPPER
REPORTS TO: General Manager
The Personal Shopper will pride themselves on offering customers the highest level of service and advising on a one to one personal shopping basis. The Personal Shopper will wear TOPSHOP at all times, show casing how it should be worn day to day. Be a style leader showing passion and enthusiasm for the TOPSHOP brand. The Personal Shopper will need to build relationships and acquire clients, adding to the footfall in to the Personal Shopping service.
•To build a high net worth client base through networking opportunities.
•Offer the highest level of service with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
•Lead by example in all areas of role while in store and out of store.
•Line Management responsibility for one Personal Shopping Assistant
•Build diary weekly and recognize short falls in appointment numbers.
•Have a great understanding of the department, store and company procedures while being flexible to accommodate any client request.
•Build relationships with brand and store to support future service and client needs.
•Have a strong sense of own personal style and be able to interpret that of others.
•Confident in approach to press interviews and photo shoots, able to talk about the service in a positive and inspirational way.
•Ability to make decisions that directly impact on the service day to day.
•Time management is essential.
•Responsible for meeting and exceeding personal targets.
•Delegate tasks accordingly across service to meet and exceed client expectations.
•Adhere to the private and confidentiality agreement.
•Have an input in to selection process when recruiting the assistant team.
•Adheres to Company Code of Business Conduct and demonstrates professionalism at all times.
•Follow Loss Prevention procedures to reduce shortage
•Follow Health and Safety standards during daily operations and handling of equipment
