THEY Rep & Sugar Studios is looking to fill our internship position. The position is a 3 month contract with a minimum attendance of 2 days/week (Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-5:30PM). This is an unpaid position that may be used for post-secondary credit and/or experience only.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

•Managing our social media which include the blog, Facebook, Twitter, e-mailer campaigns
•Sourcing content/artist work for their portfolios
•Administration and organization tasks
•Maintaining and entering (in Excel format) all agency databases
•Daily duties of office management for THEY Rep including: filing, cleaning and assisting agents and owner Gina Hole in all aspects of photography production
•Daily duties of office management for Sugar Studios including: filing, cleaning, painting and assisting studio manager in all aspects of managing two photo studios

Requirements:

•Knowledge of the English language/grammar
•Familiar with using CMS (WordPress), Facebook, Twitter
•Strong interest in social media trends
•Strong computer skills
•Experience with Adobe programs (PDF/Photoshop)
•Experience with e-mailer campaign programs is an asset
•Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Internet / research savvy
•Previous Fashion industry experience or knowledge preferred
•Valid driver's license is an asset
