Dianes Lingerie is currently looking for a Team Leader to join our South Granville store. If you want to give our Guests an exceptional shopping experience then we would like to meet you. We go out of our way to build on your expertise in an environment with real personal growth and opportunity.
You must be available to work 3-5 shifts a week depending on the needs of the business and be flexible to be available all retail hours including weekends. We would like you to have at least two years retail keyholder/team leader experience, preferably in a fashion or boutique environment. This position works hand in hand with the Sales Manager and replaces her when she is not there. This position is not suitable for a student.

•have proven experience in motivating and leading a team to achieve sales goals
•have strong communication and interpersonal skills
•can set the example at all times in the store
•can adapt to the ever changing demands of a retail store
