REPORTS TO: TOPSHOP TOPMAN Brand Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: The Visual Merchandising and Creative Lead is responsible for maximising store profit and brand image through the delivery and maintenance of visual excellence.
•Actively understands Brand vision, visual guidelines and standards (including model store)
•Interprets all brand visual guidelines to a workable and commercial VM plan for own store
•Implement plan through window and store displays, visual environment, space and stock package, local promotion.
•Ensure styling standards on mannequins and fixtures are always following standards and trends
•Coaches, trains and influences all store staff to deliver visual excellence and maintain brand integrity
•Works effectively with both national Brand Visual team and store team to deliver the best solutions for the business
•Provides feedback to National VM team for incorporation into brand guidelines where necessary
•Execute and implement all Loss Prevention procedures and ensure team is following standards.
•Exhibits a concrete understanding of all Health & Safety procedures, and takes the necessary steps to implement them within the team.
•Understands the importance of company credit card programs, educates and holds associates accountable to deliver the planned results
•Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
•Exemplifies and instills in team the company’s Code of Business Conduct
•1-2 years experience
